Complete interior plumbing and HVAC Design Assist role for a 3 story, 66 unit Micro unit living project with at grade level concrete podium parking, 2 story wood framed structure, multiple “Core Shell Restaurant” spaces, commons areas, Public Laundries and courtyard. Systems include plumbing, Grease Interceptors, grease waste, future tenant plumbing provisions, roof and courtyard surface drainage, HVAC Aqua-Therm heating and split unit air condition systems with multiple specialized HVAC system to facilitate commons areas. Working as a Design Assist Partner, Mai worked diligently with Design Team and Contractor to maintain initial budget pricing.
