Grant Blackstone
President
Grant Blackstone is Vice President of Operations for MMC. He has over 30 years experience in the design and installation of Plumbing and Mechanical systems, 29 years of which have been with MMC. Grant possesses a Colorado Master Plumbing license in addition to numerous supervisory certificates for various municipalities with the state of Colorado. He attended Red Rocks Community College for Plumbing, HVAC and Engineering Studies.
In addition to being Vice President of Operations, Grant is also is the Chief Estimator for MMC. He has personally participated in all of the projects listed in MMC’s Corporate Resume/Portfolio. The projects include Mid-Rise and High-Rise Lofts, Multi-Family Apartments, Townhomes and Condominiums, Assisted Living Facilities, Schools, Churches, Mixed Use multi-family and retail, in addition to various residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Grant specializes in high density design-build/preconstruction value engineering with proven cost savings to Contractors and Developers/Owners.
