Complete interior plumbing and HVAC Design Build for a 5 story, 57 unit Micro unit living project with underground parking and 2 levels of concrete podium, 4 story wood framed structure, large commons areas with roof top luxury deck, and significant courtyard. Systems include plumbing, roof and courtyard surface drainage, centralized hot water Aqua-Therm heating and split unit air condition systems with garage exhaust ventilation systems. Working as a Design Build Partner, Mai worked diligently with Design Team and Owner to maintain initial budget pricing.
