Complete interior plumbing and HVAC systems for a 4 and 5 story, 60 unit apartment project, “Core Shell Medical/Retail” area with grade level concrete podium parking structure, 4 stories of wood framed structure above, large commons areas, Clubhouse and Public Laundries. Systems include plumbing, roof and courtyard surface drainage, Hydronic snowmelt, HVAC Aqua-Therm heating and split unit air conditioning systems with multiple specialized HVAC system to facilitate commons areas. Mai provided Value Enhanced savings over $100,000.
